Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for all functional areas and external bodies or authorities at the venue
• Report to the venue management lead and HQ
• Ensure the venue is delivered on time based on FIFA concepts and plans and operationally ready.
• Coordinate with all parties involved in venue operations, including LOC, stadium, and public authorities.
• Lead the Venue, anticipate and prevent issues, and maintain a positive and dynamic atmosphere among the venue team.
• Manage and oversee the integration of functional areas in the venue, supporting specific projects as required (on flows, dot plans, space allocation, etc.).
• Manage stadium requirements and facilities in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders according to appropriate plans and checklists.
• Ensure information flows between all parties and functions and keep a global view.
• Ensure efficient use and management of resources and aim to maximize legacy impact (according to FIFA Youth Tournaments mission statement)
• Resolve cross-functional issues and escalate them to FIFA HQ if necessary.
• Oversee daily activity plans and the relevant event management tool.
• Oversee and monitor the event dressing delivery progress and compliance at the venue.
• Monitor changes and weather conditions at the venue and assess their potential impact on operations.
• Work closely with and support the Match Director.
• Monitor the cluster training sites’ readiness and handover to FIFA Team Services.
• Produce daily reports (to FIFA/LOC HQ), debriefing, and final reports, and use the relevant reporting tools.
• Contribute to workshops, meetings and additional events with FIFA, LOC, host country and local authorities.
• Support specific projects as required (on access management, dot plans, etc.).
• Raise and track incidents on WeTrack, support and encourage FAs to keep information to date?

Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or similar level of higher education.
• Project Management certification.
Work experience:
• Proven track record in venue management and stadium operations roles, preferably at football stadiums.
• Experience with FIFA Youth Tournaments is an asset.
Languages:
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / ES / GER) is an asset.
Technology:
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools.
