Unbeaten runs continued and title contenders tightened their grip on the standings as Matchday 3 of the PFF Futsaliga presented by the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) unfolded last March 15 at the Philsports Arena.
Beach Hut FC and the Far Eastern University (FEU) Lady Tamaraws stayed perfect in the Women’s Division, while the Azkals Development Club (ADC) led a dominant showing in the Men’s Division alongside fellow unbeaten sides.
Women’s Division
Beach Hut 3, ADC 1
A late first-half surge powered Beach Hut FC past ADC, 3–1, to secure their third straight win. National team goalkeeper Kayla Santiago anchored the side with composed leadership and organization at the back.
Enderun College 7, Azzurri SC 1
Seven different players found the scoresheet as Enderun College overwhelmed Azzurri SC, 7–1, for their second victory. First time goal scorer April Moreno led the charge and reflected on her breakthrough performance:
This is so overwhelming for me since I didn’t score in the first half. In the second half, I told myself it was time to score since I didn’t score in our first and second games.
Philippine Women’s University (PWU) 3, Forza FC 0
PWU broke through for their first win of the campaign, scoring three late goals to defeat Forza FC. Nazareth Ticman delivered a decisive brace after finally finding her rhythm in the second half.
FEU 3, University of Makati (UMak) 0
The FEU Lady Tamaraws remained flawless with a 3–0 win over UMak. Lenlen Cristobal once again stood out, earning her second Player of the Match award as FEU secured their third consecutive victory.
Men’s Division
Enderun College 8, PUP Radicals 1
Enderun College continued their strong run with a commanding 8–1 victory over the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP). Theo Appiah delivered another standout performance, claiming his second straight Player of the Match.

PWU 3, Tondo FC 0
PWU extended their unbeaten streak to three matches with a composed 3–0 win over Tondo FC. Nilo Pesimo, Jr. set the tempo early, helping PWU maintain control throughout the match.
ADC 5, UMak 0
The Azkals Development Club remained unscathed with a 5–0 victory over UMak. Christian Gabriel Vendiola continued his scoring streak with a brace, earning his third consecutive Player of the Match honor.
University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) 5, Sporting QC 0
UA&P also stayed unbeaten, dispatching Sporting QC 5–0. Team captain James Benedict Rufin once again led from the front and was named Player of the Match.
Rufin acknowledged the challenges ahead:
After this, it’s all really hard work now. We still have to face PWU, Enderun, and the Azkals—those are the toughest teams. We’re preparing the boys to rise to the challenge, especially against a strong Azkals Development team led by Stephan Schrock.
The race for semifinal spots in both divisions continues to intensify as the PFF Futsaliga presented by PSC progresses at the Philsports Arena—the country’s House of Futsal.
