PRESIDENT
JOHN ANTHONY GUTIERREZ
John Anthony was elected as the President of the Philippine Football Federation on November 25, 2023 by an overwhelming majority of the PFF Congress. He is a businessman involved in the shipping and aviation industries. He was the General Secretary of the Bukidnon Football Association (BUFA) and owner/club manager of Pachanga Diliman FC. He served as the President of the University of the Philippines Football Alumni Association (UPFAA), the main convener of the UP alumni football teams and one of the major supporters of the UP Men’s and Women’s football teams. Gutierrez was a player of the UP Men’s Football Team.

LAWRENCE LEMUEL FORTUN
Atty. Lawrence Lemnuel Fortun is the President of the Butuan Agusan del Norte Football Association (BANFA) and the current Mayor of the City of Butuan. He served on the PFF Board of Governors from 2019-2023. He was a Representative of the 1st District of Agusan del Norte in 2013 and was re-elected in 2016. Atty. Fortun finished his law degree from San Sebastian College-Recoletos and was admitted to the bar in 2001.

JAY ADRIATICO
Jay Adriatico is the President of the Mindoro Marinduque Romblon Palawan Regional Football Association (MIMAROPA RFA). He owns and manages Nethsville Academy, a Department of Education (DepEd)-accredited school based in Calapan, Oriental Mindoro.
THIRD VICE PRESIDENT:
ENGR. RODNEY ORALE
Rodney Orale is the President of the Central Visayas Regional Football Association (CVRFA). He served as Chairman of the PFF Futsal Committee. He is a Civil Engineer by profession. Under his leadership, CVRFA expanded their initiatives to include, among others, a futsal program for the inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center.

ISABELLA FRANCESCA FERNANDO
Isabella Francesca Fernando was the team administrator of the Philippine Women’s National Football Team or the Filipinas that made history as the first Philippine squad to make it to the FIFA World Cup. She holds an Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Football Management Certificate, as well as an AFC “C” Coaching license and Philippines Football League (PFL) Match Commissioner license.
Fernando was the head of the PFF Women’s Department. She was also general manager of FC Meralco Manila, a professional football club, and the Youth Football League (YFL).

RUFINO ARELLANO
Rufino Arellano is the General Secretary of the Southeast Luzon Masbate RFA (SELMARFA). He is the Education Program Supervisor of the DepEd in Masbate and National Tournament Manager in charge of football of the Palarong Pambansa, the annual multi-sport event involving student-athletes from elementary and high school. He served as the PFF’s Grassroots Development Officer (GDO) in SELMARFA, and was given the Outstanding GDO Award in 2012.
VIRGILIO IMPERIAL
Virgilio Imperial is the President of the Central Bicol Regional Football Association (CBRFA). He is a referee instructor. Imperial is also a Tournament Manager of the Palarong Bikol.
LOVELY GLADYS MAE TABABA+
Lovely Gladys Mae Tababa was the General Secretary of the Laguna Cavite Regional Football Association (LCRFA). She was a professional working in the fields of education, banking, and business process outsource. She was currently a Match Commissioner Trainee under PFF’s Philippines Football League Copa Paulino Alcantara program, and one of the moving forces behind the most recent PFF Women’s League and Women’s Cup.
ALVIN YALUNG
Alvin Yalung is the President of the Central Luzon Regional Football Association (CLRFA). He works as the District Supervisor of DepEd’s Tarlac City Division. One of the highlights of his term as CLRFA President is the creation of the Tarlac City Football Field that had a groundbreaking in October 2023. Yalung has a PhD in Educational Supervision and Management from De La Salle University Bacolod.

Elmer Gallardo is the President of the Negros Oriental Siquijor Regional Football Association (NOSIRFA). He is an engineer by profession.
PAUL ANTOINE TOLENTINO
Paul Tolentino is the President and General Manager of the multi-titled Kaya FC where he has been affiliated with since 2013.
RENEE SONGALIA
Renee Songalia is the General Secretary of the Central Visayas Regional Football Association (CVRFA). She is a lawyer by profession; at present she is a Junior Partner at a private law firm in Cebu, as well as a notary public. She has a Doctor of Law degree in International Law Practice and Commercial Law from the University of San Carlos Cebu.
ROCELLER SUMBILLO
Roceller Sumbillo is the President of the Panay Football Association (PFA). He works as the Municipal Secretary of Santa Barbara, Iloilo.

IRVIN BANGA
Irvin Banga is the President of the Zamboanga del Norte-Dipolog Football Association (ZANDIFA). He was a long-time Barangay Captain of Barangay Estaka, Dipolog City.
GAMAYEL GAMPONG
Atty. Gamayel Gampong is the General Secretary of the Sultan Kudarat Football Association (SKRFA). He works at the Office of the City Prosecutor of Tacurong City as a Prosecution Attorney.
STEPHEN GORGONIO
Stephen Gorgonio is the President of the Surigao del Norte and Dinagat Islands Regional Football Association (SNADIRFA). He works as a teacher at the Surigao del Norte National High School.
DAMSEL MERCED
Damsel Merced is a Local General Coordinator of the North Davao Regional Football Association (DAVNOR RFA). She is an alumna of the University of the Philippines Mindanao Football Varsity Team. She has a Masters Degree in Extension Education from UP Mindanao.
