The second Philippine Football Federation (PFF) ‘C’ Diploma Course for 2019 was held in La Trinidad, Benguet last 1-13 May 2019.
The course was attended by 17 participants primarily hailing from Cordillera Region.
The Benguet State University football field and lecture room were the venues for the practical and theory sessions for the course.
PFF Technical Director Jose Ariston Caslib was the coaching instructor. Michael Jayson Agbayani was the understudy instructor.
