FIFA recently held a seminar for Philippine Football Federation and Philippine football associations General Secretaries and Technical Directors on May 2-4, 2014 at the Quest Hotel in Cebu City. The activity was facilitated by FIFA lecturer Mr. Nodar Akhalkatsi. This event was part of FIFA’s Adminstration Course offering.
