Overview:
The HR Admin Senior Manager is responsible to implement a team and any tools & systems in order to ensure the timely and high quality payment of the FIFA Futsal Women’s World Cup 2025 LOC. Workforce-members and ensuring that any staff that is required to be relocated to the Philippines to experience a smooth mobilization process (visas, relocation, integration, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for the efficient and high quality implementation of HR Administration systems in order to manage the payroll and mobilization process.
- Handle escalations for employee/staff issues relating to compensation, transfers, process compliance across locations
- Overall responsible for the design and support of the HR Administration department to create an environment most conductive to achieving business objectives.
- Overall responsible for the design & implementation of the initiative for the benefits & reward function for the workforce.
- Ensure efficient handling of people management processes across the wider organization.
Payroll:
- Review and monitor the timelines and effectiveness of the payroll program.
- Provide inputs to team members for maintaining quality standards based on the customized needs for all rewards initiatives.
- Oversee design and development of the annual payment calendar for FIFA Futsal Women’s World Cup 2025 LOC.
- Overall responsible for selecting key systems and providers for implementing the payroll calendar.
Mobilization:
- Overall responsible for selecting key systems and providers for implementing the mobilization process.
- Review and monitor the timelines and effectiveness of the mobilization program.
- Provide inputs to team members for maintaining quality standards based on the customized needs for a successful mobilization process.
Office Administration
- Overall responsibility for the management of the Office Administration area.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum experience of 4-6 years within a HR/Payroll role
- University degree in appropriate subject (or adequate training/vocational education)
- Experience in international sports / event management
- Knowledge of even planning and event project management processes
- Experience or knowledge of local culture will be an added benefit
- Strong IT skill including MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and Arabic are an added benefit
- Team Player, willing to work to tight timelines
- Positive attitude, patience and persistence.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects, preferably international sports events.
- Minimum of 4 years managing teams within HR / People Management
