Philippine Football Federation (PFF) president John Gutierrez is set to attend the upcoming exhibition match between the Cebu Regional Football Association (CRFA) executives and the PFF Regional Football Association (RFA) officials on February 21 at the Dynamic Herb-Borromeo Sports Complex.
