60 registered teacher-coaches have attended the PFF Grassroots Course and Festival last April 8-10 in Virac, Catanduanes. The GCF was hosted by the DepED Division of Catanduanes and facilitated by the PFF Regional Grassroots Officer Mr. Noel Mariscal. Also present in the activity were PAGCOR representatives Rico Acuña and Philip Neri.
