PFF Privacy Notice

The Philippine Football Federation (“PFF”) values your privacy. This notice explains how we handle your personal data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

We may collect your name, contact details, birth date, football credentials, payment details, and other information needed for registrations, purchases, or participation in PFF programs.

2. Why we collect it

• Register players, coaches, and clubs;
• Process payments and issue receipts;
• Deliver tickets, merchandise, and digital content;
• Communicate with you regarding PFF events, updates, and compliance with PFF/FIFA/AFC rules.

3. How we protect it

Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

4. Sharing

We may share data with service providers (such as payment processors, logistics partners, or IT vendors) only to perform necessary services, under strict confidentiality agreements.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. You may also object to certain processing activities.
