Overview:
The Head of Security has the overall responsibility for the successful implementation of FIFA’s Security strategic concepts for FIFA Futsal Women’s World Cup 2025 based on new trends, tools and expectations. Working in close collaboration with all relevant departments and divisions within FIFA. This includes ensuring that the appropriate conditions are provided for relevant FIFA stakeholders, stadium/venue owners, host associations, local authorities and third-party entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures appropriate transportation is provided for all FIFA target groups at tournaments and events.
Implements smooth transportation operations, provides final invoicing and debriefs for all selected transportation method.
Defines the business process, establishes the necessary tools, such as concepts, budgets, project plan, communication model and business workflow for the Transportation project at all FIFA tournaments and events.
Contributes to a smooth communication flow with the different target groups, relevant FIFA Divisions, Guest Services, Accommodation and all other depending departments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Designing initial structure of Transportation Project
- Recruiting a Transportation Team, assigning responsibilities and managing the Team from planning through delivery
- Procuring resources to deliver the Transportation plan
- Taking responsibility for delivering the plan and ensuring client satisfaction
- Meet with all target groups
- Collate requirements and assess the best operational solutions
- Design a fit for purpose transportation plan
- Ensure suitable IT solutions available to enable successful delivery of transportation plan
- Estimate resources required to implement plan
- Plan operational efficiencies where possible
- Encourage best practice
- Integrate fully with other Divisions within FIFA
- Ensure transportation concept is clear and well communicated amongst all stakeholders
- Train staff, and contractors, to ensure efficient delivery of plan from day one of operations
- Monitor delivery and support as necessary
- Ensure Transportation compliments other services and operations within the Tournament
- Ensure Transport policies and procedures are defined, communicated and integrated within the Tournament
- Ensure Transportation is developed in a timely manner
