Overview:
Responsible for administering payroll duties for the FFWWC 2025 workforce. Performs various accounting functions such as checking and verification of data. Creating reports for workforce payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the efficient and high quality implementation of HR Administration systems in order to manage the payroll process.
- Handle employee/staff issues relating to compensation, transfers, process compliance across locations
- Ensure the HR Administration to create an environment most conductive to achieving business objectives.
- Responsible for the implementation of the initiative for the benefits & reward function for the workforce.
- Efficient handling of people management processes across the wider organization.
Payroll:
- Implement the timelines and effectiveness of the payroll program.
- Maintaining quality standards based on the customized needs for all rewards initiatives.
- Implement and development of the annual payment calendar for FIFA Futsal Women’s World Cup 2025 LOC.
- Implement key systems and providers for collating and administering payroll for the workforce
- Compiling reports relating to the payroll function
- Maintaining and updating systems and databases
- Data entry of payroll information
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum experience of 3-5 years within a payroll or finance administration function
- University degree in appropriate subject (or adequate training/vocational education)
- Experience in international sports / event management
- Knowledge of even planning and event project management processes
- Experience or knowledge of local culture will be an added benefit
- Strong IT skill including MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and other languages are an added benefit
- Team Player, willing to work to tight timelines
- Positive attitude, patience and persistence.
