PFF Advisory on Media Accreditation for the International Friendly between the Philippines and Maldives on 3 September 2015 and the WCQ between the Philippines and Uzbekistan on 8 September 2015
Please be informed that application for Media Accreditation is now open for the upcoming international friendly match between the Philippines and Maldives on 3 September 2015 at 8pm at the Rizal Memorial Stadium and the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ – Asian Qualifiers / AFC Asian Cup UAE 2019™ – Qualifiers Preliminary Joint Qualification Round 2 between the Philippines and Uzbekistan on 8 September 2015 at 8pm at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan.
All interested media personnel are required to apply for new accreditation with the following requirements:
- Duly accomplished application form (updated)
- 2×2 digital ID photo (soft copy)
Deadline for submission of application is on Thursday, 27 August 2015.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN INCOMPLETE FORMS, LATE SUBMISSION OR LAST MINUTE APPLICATION.
