PFF Member Associations Laguna-Cavite RFA and South Cotabato-Saranggani-Gen. Santos City RFA were the latest hosts of the PFF Festival of Football for the first two weeks of February.
Laguna-Cavite organized their FOF at the Santa Cruz Sports Complex in Sta. Cruz, Laguna last 04 February 2023, which was attended by over 150 boys and girls.

Meanwhile the event conducted by SOCSARGEN RFA was done at the South Cotobato Sports Complex last 11-12 February 2023.
The FOF is a venue where young players are identified and scouted for the Training Areas of Development (TAD) Youth Development Program and Youth National Teams.
This program is supported by the Japan Football Association for youth players talent identification and development in the country.
