The Philippine Football Federation (PFF) hereby invites interested contractors for the Construction of PFF Players’ Dormitory in Carmona, Cavite.
Interested contractors must i) possess a current Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) license of at least Category A and classification of general engineering and general building, ii) have at least five (5) years of continuous actual operation as a licensed construction contractor, and iii) have successfully completed during the immediate five (5) years earlier a similar project type and size, among other qualifications.
Interested contractors are required to submit Expression of Interest thru email at [email protected] not later than 23 May 2023. Bid documents are available at the PFF office with address at PFF House of Football, 27 Danny Floro cor. Capt. Henry Javier Sts., Brgy. Oranbo, Pasig City on 25 and 26 May 2023 from 8:30AM to 5:30PM. The cost of bid documents is Php8,000/set.
All bids (technical and financial) must be submitted in a Sealed Envelope marked as follows:

Sealed bids with appropriate contractor’s credentials must be submitted to PFF office not later than 5:30PM of 02 June 2023. Bids submitted beyond the deadline shall be rejected. Successful bidder will be officially notified through phone-call or in writing.
The date and time of the Pre-Bid Conference shall be communicated by 26 May 2023.
PFF reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to annul the bid process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to affected bidders.
