With the end of pandemic restrictions, PFF will continue with its much-awaited Regional Festival of Football. The PFF-ROF 2023 kicks off in Camarines Norte on 26-27 August 2023 at the Vinzons Pilot Elementary Football Grounds in Vinzons, Camarines Norte.
The Regional Festival of Football is an annual grassroots event organized by PFF, with the support of the Regional Football Associations. The FOF provide the National Youth Team coaches avenues in scouting and selecting promising football players for girls and boys who are 12 to 16 years old.
Scouted players may also be considered to join in the PFF Training Areas of Development (TAD) which is conducted in conjunction with the PFF Center of Excellence (COE) Programme. The program aims to hone select players who soon may represent the country in international competitions.
The PFF Regional Festival of Football is supported by Japan Football Association (JFA).
