The PFF Regional Festival of Football kicks off at the Butuan Polysports Complex in Butuan, Agusan del Norte from 6-8 October 2023.
The FOF is attended by players and officials from Butuan-Agusan Del Norte FA, Agusan Del Sur-Surigao del Sur FA, Camiguin-Misamis Oriental FA, Surigao del Norte-Dinagat Islands RFA, and Bukidnon RFA.
The FOF provide the National Youth Team coaches avenues in scouting and selecting promising football players for girls and boys who are 12 to 16 years old.
Scouted players may also be considered to join in the PFF Training Areas of Development (TAD) which is conducted in conjunction with the PFF Center of Excellence (COE) Programme. The program aims to hone select players who soon may represent the country in international competitions.
The PFF Regional Festival of Football is supported by Japan Football Association (JFA).
