FIFA has conducted the 4th Grassroots Development Officers course to support further the PFF grassroots football development program. The course was held in Benguet State University (BSU), La Trinidad Benguet last 25-29 April 2016. The course enhances the knowledge of Grassroots Development Officers for the implementation of the PFF Grassroots Program.
FIFA Grassroots Football instructor Chan Hium Ming conducted the course. Over 36 participants from different PFF member associations attended the course which had theory and practical session components.

The FIFA Grassroots Pro-Active Course is held annually in various parts of the country since 2011. Certified participants comprising more than 120 now play an important role in the implementation of the grassroots football program of the PFF. Attendees come from different sectors i.e. Teachers, coaches, former players, community organizers, and parents.
