The Philippines Football League returns this weekend, 14 and 15 October and it promises to provide a lot of action as the race for the season-ending Finals Series intensifies.
FC Meralco Manila battle Stallion Laguna FC this Saturday at 4:00 PM at the Rizal Memorial Stadium. Meraclo are coming off a 1-2 loss against Kaya FC Makati while Stallion settled for a 2-2 draw against Davao Aguilas FC last time out.
Ceres Negros FC hosts Kaya FC Makati in Saturday’s second game at 7:00 PM at the Pana-ad Park and Stadium in Bacolod, Negros Occidental. It will be a battle between the second and third place in the standings.
Sunday’s matches will see Davao Aguilas FC meet Ilocos United FC at 4:00 PM at the Davao del Norte Sports Complex in Tagum City, while Global Cebu FC tangle with JPV Marikina FC at 7:00 PM at the Cebu City Sports Centre.
