The Philippines Football League has successfully concluded its PFL Match Commissioner’s Workshop last 14 Februrary 2018 at the Century Park Hotel in Manila.
Over 10 participants participated in the workshop with the aim of increasing the pool of PFL Match Commissioners.
The course was conducted by AFC Match Commissioner Col. Goutam Kar.
“The candidates were very interactive they were eager to learn the steps on how to become a PFL Match Commissioner,” said Kar following the workshop. “It’s the beginning of their career. I’m sure they will be an asset to PFL.”
PFF general secretary Atty. Edwin Gastanes and PFL CEO Lazarus Xavier were also in attendance to hand out the certificates to the aspiring match commissioners.
“We would like to thank Col. Goutam Kar for imparting his ideas in this workshop to our aspiring match commissioners,” said Gastanes. “We hope that our participants will be able to embark on their career as match commissioners from the PFL up to the AFC competitions.”
