Manila Digger FC notched eight goals in their 8-0 win over Stallion Laguna FC to maintain their perfect record in the PFF Women’s League last Sunday 16 July 2023 at the PFF National Training Center in Carmona, Cavite.
Manila Digger saw six different goalscorers in Sharei Cruz (15’), Karen Alora (25’), Roselle Lecera (45’), Maria Fornea (54’, 58’), Jean Kadil (68’), and Kryzza Palangpangan (75’) along with an own goal from Stallion’s Sabrina Nierras (72’).
University of the Philippines, meanwhile, claimed their first win of the season at the expense of Azzurri SC, 1-0.
Aurea Reaso scored from the penalty spot to give UP the three points.
