Azzurri SC collected their first win in the PFF Women’s League sponsored by Coca-Cola after a 4-0 win over struggling Stallion Laguna FC Saturday at the PFF National Training Center in Carmona, Cavite.
Azzurri started strong with three goals inside the first ten minutes of the match. Jada Bicierro found the back of the net in the second minute, followed up by Kristine Napoles and Precious Casapao in the fourth and seventh minutes.
Casapao would get her second in the 74th minute to give Azzurri the three points.
The other match saw Manila Nomads claim an upset win over Tuloy FC, 2-0.
