60 registered teacher-coaches have attended the PFF Grassroots Course and Festival last April 8-10 in Virac, Catanduanes. The GCF was hosted by the DepED Division of Catanduanes and facilitated by the PFF Regional Grassroots Officer Mr. Noel Mariscal.
